Scott Fitzgerald\u2019<\/strong>s famous quote, \u201cThe rich are different from you and me.\u201d Dan\u2019s questions about the wealthy and personal branding\u2014a concept that <em>Fast Company<\/em> magazine made popular during the height of the Internet bubble with a 1997 <a title=\"Fast Company\/Brand You\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fastcompany.com\/magazine\/10\/brandyou.html\" target=\"_blank\">cover story<\/a>, \u201cThe Brand Called You\u201d\u2014led me to consider whether millionaires, multimillionaires and billionaires approach branding differently than we mere mortals.\u00a0 Are the rich really different?
